Yes, unfortunately only the rev. 2.0 allows you to put the E7600 cpu.

I try to boot from USB but always het an error with "prest Alt+Ctrl+Del for restart".
The same ISO writed on CD/DVD successful lunch from SATA DVD .
It something like Windows XP ISO or even "STRELEC" ISO with bootable Win10/Win8/Win8 for old machines. With different software.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

Yes. This exact problem with WinPE Strelec, Ventoy sticks, and others. For some reason, USB booting is VERY hit-or-miss on this board. Rev. 3.0 also has it. no clue why, or how it could be fixed sadly
