Few months ago purchased a working IBM TP 755cd with 810mb DVAA-2810 HDD. That HDD suddenly stopped working(... Tried many other HDD's from 770mbm, 1080mb, 1.4gb, 2 and 3.2gb IBM ones - all times have 00174 error.

Tried Onrack Disk manager 7.0 overlay - but it's can't detect them, too.

Previouse owner told he had no problems instaling other HHD's...

Maybe I have to find a working bios battery or make one - as it's missing..
