I'm interested in comparing the performance of various systems (from programmable calculators and microcomputers to modern PCs). To do this, I wrote a simple benchmark that calculates the area under half the period of a sine function. It's described in https://avhohlov.narod.ru/p9882en.htm. Current version of test https://avhohlov.narod.ru/fputest.zip. Can someone run it on a real IBM PC/XT with an 8087 numeric processor or it's clone?
