In addition to having all the original game content, it looks like it will have a new episode/levels as well!

Looks like the remaster will feature a level editor. I wonder if the data format is the same as the original game.

The graphics looks just like how the original game would feel if using VGA instead of EGA.

On the other hand, I'm not sure if this will come to GOG later on.

I was never a fan of the Apogee jump and runs back in the day, but this remaster looks great. Some remasters aren’t faithful, or just don’t play right (looking at you, Wacky Wheels), but this one seems to do it right.

Would be great if this "remaster" is released for DOS as well. Keep it real.

My forum search on "Bio Menace" could not find this announcement...
Seems like indeed it is mostly spelled "BioMenace" without the space, but I see some original cover art where it says "Bio Menace".

It is a nice remaster I suppose. But I could not even get it to start on Win 7 x64, so I run it in Linux instead (through Wine).

I've already bought it on GOG. I could get it running just fine on Server 2012 R2 (Win8.1 equivalent), though.

Not sure if the inability to start on Win7 x64 is due to missing required DLLs or system exports. The latter would probably require something like an extended kernel such as VxKex.

Wow. I loved this game back in the days, though I've always had the shareware.
Now, I've tried starting it all over again some time ago but it bored me in no time. I guess it was funnier to play with friends, as as a kid.
