I bought some old Soltek SL-75KAV motherboard with obviously bulged caps & missing north bridge radiator and it wasn't even posting any code when powering up, so I've recapped all big capacitors and it started posting C1 code, no matter wherever I have ram stick installed or not, it's still posting C1, tried different SDRAM sticks in all three slots, nothing, still C1 as soon as board powers up

obviously fsb and multiplier are set correctly for Athlon 900mhz cpu = 100 * 9x

what I haven't tried yet:
recapping all remaining electrolytic caps
recapping three tantalum caps

any suggestions?
