I have an ATI Graphics Solution Plus EGA card, but I'm unsure what the jumper and DIP switch settings on it should be.

The various online databases which catalogue jumper settings show that JP1 (on the bottom-right of the card) is a "factory configured" setting that is (should?) be set to pins 2-3. However, my card - and in every other picture online I can find of a Graphics Solution Plus card - has the jumper hanging off to the side, not bridging any pins. What should I have it set to?

For the DIP switches, I think I need: 1 off (up) for colour, 2 and 3 on (down) for RGB/composite colour. Or is this for just CGA? Because the online databases specify that EGA has a separate setting across 3, 4, and 5 to RGB and composite.
