I have a Geforce 7600GS AGP that I'm trying to repair

Card has memory issues. Im trying to narrow down which memory chip I need to repair

The issue is intermittent, MATs doesnt find errors after a few runs which makes me think its a bad solder joint somewhere. I've reflowed a few chips but no joy so far. The 1500uf capacitors have also been replaced

Can anyone help work out which memory chip I should replace ?
