You may try the ones from the AMD website.

There is no old drivers there this card released on 2012 but amd database only have 2015 driver

2015 should be fine. The card should have been still support that year.

Alternatively, some manufacturers keep drivers for their hardware for longer than others. One of them are Gigabyte:
