From what I gather, the page itself has been deleted. What remains is only the deletion log, and I'm not sure if the wiki software allows for that to be removed.

But @mwdmeyer might be able to clarify that, as he's the admin.

This one is starting to smell like a bot.

This looks like a bot, useless AI text + ad link. The only other post by that "user" doesn't inspire much confidence either.
