So I was born in 92, the time of Hewlett Packard computers and the tantalizing AOL internet. I used to play floppy disk games, and one such game I want to find again, but for the life of me I cannot find it no matter how hard I google or search.

This game involved a submarine; at the title page, it started off on a wooden dock next to a submarine hatch. You clicked on the submarine hatch to enter. The graphics for this game were actually fairly decent given the time frame; like, maybe I was young, but it was simply beautiful to look at. There were different rooms in this sub you could go to; I don't remember them all, but one was like a biology lab, and you could go to the bridge of the ship. A seal traveled with you on the ship, but I don't know why. If you have any ideas I would be very open to them. I know for a fact that it is not silent steel, for sure. I am not sure as to the age of the game either.

The only one that comes to mind for me is Ocean Voyager, but it's a CD-ROM game.

My daughter played it as a kid, and it seems to kinda fit your description based on what I remember.

This gets a seal of approval.

I see what you did there. 🤣

I actually went looking to see if I, just by chance, we still have the CD lying around somewhere so I could fire it up and see if I'm remembering it correctly. Sadly, it's long gone. Got rid of all the games she played as a kid a long time ago. Freddi Fish, The Learning Company, Disney, etc. She played so many of them back then.

When I was a kid, it was Lemonade Stand on the Apple II, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, The Oregon Trail, and games of that kind. I even had some on my trusty TI-99/4A, can't recall all of them, but one was "BASIC Fun: Computer Games, Puzzles, And Problems Children Can Write". Talk about a descriptive name. 😜
