So it's been brought to my attention that RetroZilla may be a trojan, and the VirusTotal results seem to be in favour of that accusation:

Is RetroZilla really safe to use? I think the code should be closely examined. Usually when there's one or two detections in VirusTotal I don't worry, but this is a lot.

Installer source is also available in the repo and you can recompile with same result.
I think antivirus/malware checkers just hate VC6 compiles in 2025.
