Hi!

Using XBCD and ControlMK to emulate keyboard presses in DosBox, I find that the arrow keys (when assigned to any buttons on the gamepad through ControlMK) do not function. I have not set DosBox to read the joystick as a joystick, so seemingly there would be no impediment to the key-functions being registered as I intended.

What's going wrong here? Thanks!

Try using the mapper before using external apps (see the readme for examples).

Use XPADDER, it's a much better utility. http://www.xpadder.com
