If anyone has this bios lying around or if you're willing to pull out of collection and rip the bios...it would be greatly appreciated. I checked all over the net and not even techpowerup has one.

You need to specify which BIOS. GeForce FX 5700 Ultra had both GDDR2 and GDDR3 variants. They are not compatible between each other. Other than that, any generic FX 5700 Ultra bios should work, you can edit the manufacturer yourself via NiBitor.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

It would also be helpful to post a picture of your card and any identifying labels\markings.
