Are you looking for the flash program to flash the BIOS when it is on the board or are you looking for a hardware EEPROM programmer where you remove the BIOS chip from the motherboard and insert it into the EEPROM programmer to flash?

Ok. The ones made by xgecu are good. The newest I have is the TL866-II. They have a newer one of the same series, the TL866-III (T48). They also have a T56 (mid-range), and a T76 (high-end but also the replacement for the T56 from the sound of it).

There are a ton of knock-off (counterfeit) ones out there so it is best to only buy from there official storefronts.

The first TL866-II I bought ended up being counterfeit. While it works for most things, the software knows it is a counterfeit and pops up a warning that it might have issues.
