Thank you for your work on dgVoodoo, I use it a lot for my games. It is greatly appreciated.

In Fallout 3 I am getting an error using dgVoodoo2 2.86.5 but the game works correctly with version 2.86.4. See attached.

In Tomb Raider Underworld level Coastal Thailand, I am seeing some graphical glitches like where sun rays can be seen. They look like orbs just moving. With version 2.82.5 there is no problem but I believe anything after that the graphical glitch is there. See attached.

Win10 (x64)
AMD RX480 Adrenalin 22.6.1

Thank you for your help and let me know what else I can provide.

Fallout 3: that seems to be a CD/DVD not found problem. Unfortunately I don't have the original CD version of the game.
I get that compatibility warning (Win11) too but the game just runs fine with or without dgVoodoo. With dgVoodooo you have to select the GF 9800 virtual card otherwise the game crashes when entering a gameplay (the same as with Fallout NV).

I also tried TRU but I didn't have any glitches:

Do you get different results when running TRU through DX11/12?

I used 2.86.5 for both games.

Well everything is working great now.

TR Underworld: the only thing that made those glitches disappear was Direct3D 12 (feature level 11.0 or 12.0). I also remember that with dgVoodoo 2.86.5 I was having some frames drops and stuttering. All I can remember doing between then to now is shutting down my computer overnight, as I usually just put it to sleep. That might have fixed everything.

Fallout 3: working great now. The shutting down may have fixed this game as well. I do own the CD version but have been using a "no cd patch" since the beginning. Only dgVoodoo 2.86.5 gave me those pop ups and the game wouldn't start but all is good now.

Thank you for the tip on using the GF 9800 virtual card for Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I have especially encountered game crashes on New Vegas. I can now run New Vegas with great graphics/speed and better control than using dxvk.

Question: do you suggest using GF 9800 as default or the dgVoodoo Virtual 3D for other games?

Again, thank you for everything you have done.
