Two pictures was to large before…
Looks pretty straighforward; 512KB total memory, a DS1212 to handle decoding/chip selection and low power states, presumably the GALs handle decoding IO port read/writes to some address.
A different one than the ones I have on the way along with some other XT and AT cards.
Strange seeing another pop-up at around the same time I bought these:
Those look more complex, OP's card has no ROM which is why I assumed it's purely I/O controlled.
Why would it need ROM, are they RAM disk boards?
I thought so from the beginning…
