Unsure if this should have just went into the Windows section but I was hoping to get some suggestions.

Any good SBC, that you can also find small cases for, to setup a Win98 or XP build? I'd be using this just to play those era games. So I'm unsure what the best method would be to also ensure that the GPU power is adequate for most games within either OS version. I figure the RAM and drive part will be easy, as long as nothing is soldered or using flash ram. I'm still in a beginner stage when it comes to the range of SBC out there and what their specs are, so apologies if the question is weird.
