Hi, I have windows Vista and I'm using the latest doxbox. I click CTRL+ALT+F5 and click it again and see nothing in the capture folder.

Most likely dosbox doesn't have the permission to write to that folder.
Well what can I do about it?

Happened to me too in Vista (Home Premium 32 bit SP1)
and concluded it had to be related to the glide patch extension, since capture started working again with 0.72 "straight" dosbox.
Well, never mind. I reinstalled it in drive E this time, and now it works 😀
Can you also tell me how do I view the avi that I captured? It seem like no program can view it (WMP, Quick Time and DivX Player)
Install the ZMBV codec included with DOSBox, there should be an entry in the Start Menu under "DOSBox".
and your also using the wrong players. Never use WMP, Quicktime or Divx Player.
You want Media Player Classic HC, VLC or anything else besides the three you posted.
I tried installing it from the start menu, and it gives me an error message, telling me I can't copy the file to the destination folder.
On Vista, you need to install it as Administrator I think.

Cool, thanks. It works now. Never noticed that "Run as administrator" option before. 😀
BTW, I needed it to rip sprites from The Lost Vikings to make an Icy Tower character.
