Hello.

Ignition 3DFX for Windows can't switch programs, Ignition crashes.

You need to provide more information. Have you applied the official glide patch? Have you correctly applied and configured dgv?
Runs great for me with dgv as well as nglide.

You mean Alt-tabbing in/out from/to the game?
