Hello,

I just got a 3D Labs Permedia 2V PCI version. I purchased this card cuz I saw a couple of videos of it doing well in Unreal and Half Life.... but I just can't get it to run any games with good performance. It seems like the SiS 6326 I got is outperforming it in every single game I try. Yes, it has OpenGL but when I enable it, most games run terribly and with missing textures and what not....

Checking the driver's manual, it seems that the drivers were made for Windows 95... I am trying the card on Windows ME. Not sure if that is the reason or if my card is no bueno or what. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Support does include 95 / 98 though it doesn't specifically mention ME. Are you on the latest driver version (attached), or check this thread from @Ozzuneoj on an earlier version PCI 3D Blaster Exxtreme CT6610 3DLabs Permedia 2V

Yep it’s the latest version. I went over the link… seem the user downloaded version 4.10.01.2105-0358

I will have to try that one and see. Hope that helps….

I just tried the drivers that the user in this post used. It doesn’t work with my card. Had to go back to version 0366.
