given the spec in the link it would make a pretty good windows 9x / dos machine with a P2. It really depends on what you want to use the resulting system for

With a 440BX chipset and the manual indicating it seems to support Coppermine processors, this would be versatile enough that you could cover all the way from late Windows 95 to early XP era on one platform.
Whether it's a good deal is all relative. It depends on price, and if you're willing to wait for a deal. There are ways to make money while keeping the components you want by buying entire old PCs, if you know what to look out for.
