I've got Hidden Evil working in Windows 11 (using nGlide 2.10) but I don't have any in-game audio, absolutely nothing bar audio from pre-rendered cutscenes, does anyone know how to fix this?

Ah! Apparently the answer is to rename the "HiddenEvil.exe" executable to "HiddenEvil1.exe" - which works. Bizarre!

Windows has built-in compatibility settings for certain exes, usually based on filename. The settings probably haven't been updated in quite a while and are not compatible with windows 11.
Windows 11 -> EmulateHeap -> destruction.
I don't know how much the game needs the pre-NT heap, but if that's crucial, the DxWnd's EmulateHeap method should work
