Yes, the CTCHIP configuration files are usable on both V3.4 and V3.7 of the executable.
I have been looking at the differences between these versions and so far I found that V3.7 has a fix for the infamous “Runtime error 200” bug on faster CPUs.

At Re: SY-5EH revisions v1.2 vs v1.3 mkarcher describes another CTCHIPZ v3.4 bug that causes a Macro that manipulates the L2 cache to fail if the cache is 512KB or larger.
I don’t know yet if V3.7 fixes this issue. When I have some spare time, I will continue my analysis of CTCHIPZ V3.7. 😉
