What’s the best way to connect a modern PC (ie. RTX 4090) to a PC CRT (VGA/DB15) ?

Probably best using an unbuffered converter, these ones are used in the arcade community

StarTech dp2vgahd20 works for me ... ~375mhz pixel clock (~ because some can apparently push higher due to silicon lottery on the DAC) if you need it for higher resolutions/refresh rates
