My Dear friends
I have recently changed my motherboard for my deskop system, actually I had to because old motherboard was no longer useful;
New motherboard is Gigabyte 8S548-RZ
Intel Pentium 4 2,4 GHZ CPU
RAM:512 MMB DDR333 MHZ
80 GB IDE-HDD
LG DVD-ROM
ATI RADEON 9550 Graphics Card
Unfortunately after I changed the motherboard during opening session I see CPU frequency as 1,6 GHZ.
What does it mean and why does it happen? I have installed Windows ME too and during my previous attemps as Windows XP the windows shows CPU as 2,4 GHZ too and identifies right but during opening it shows as 1,6 GHZ.
What should I do to fix this problem?
Note:My previous motherboard was also Gigabyte but it does not have such problem and Windows 98 SE was working perfectly but somehow I could not manage to make USB drivers active despite they are at motherboard.
Best wishes.
