I'm worried because the situation is now worse than how it was after I just changed 1 cap (by then the keyboard was working and without the mouse connected I was even able to make a benchmark by starting dos from the raid ports, not the integrated ones).
Here is the situation:

Missing caps location (I followed the gemini advices since they should be in parallel to solder 2 and leave an empty one so it's: XXOXXOXXO

First video, nothing connected (no beeps): https://youtu.be/2TEJ1CFTl20
Ps2 Keyboard connected: https://youtu.be/2Yg9hasT6ws
Ps2 keyboard and mouse connected + ide controller cf card: https://youtu.be/K2FkbHGicxQ

Question: Is it normal that with the board off (but with psu connected and the red led on lighted on the board if I wiggle the ps2 connector or the psu 20 pin connector the 3 leds of the keyboard they get turned on and off? Is it due the 5vsb?
Another thing I noticed is that irdy and frame leds on the debug card they blink on and off, is it normal?

just wiggle the ps2 keyboard connector it makes the keyboard 3 lights to turn on even with turned off machine.

its normal for boards that are from scrappers, which removed heatsink on chipset is a sign of. Board stored under a pile of other boards.
Board suffered mechanical damage, something is intermittent and losing connecting while bending pcb.
Keyboard blinking is keyboard losing power, getting power back and its internal controller reinitializing. - so at the very least you have broken 5V somewhere.

those monitor PCI, they would blink with PCI traffic
