TNT2 Ultra memory issue

Hello all,
I have a InnoVision TNT2 Ultra where I get memory errors in MATS. However, I don't know which chips should I replace, the card has 16 memory chips (8 on both sides) and I don't want to go one by one until the problem is gone.

The card is also strange. It looks like a AGP 2.0 card but it's not (needs 3V, P4 setup would not even start). Also, the memory chips look like 6ns by the markings (166MHz) but Ultra should have 183MHz memory. Don't remember what are the real clocks on this one are though.

Thank you

I've tested another InnoVision TNT2, this time non-Ultra (even though the PCB says so, sticker on the back says it's just a standard TNT2). And this card is even juicier, memory errors on all bits. When testing, the card does rather quickly turn 3DMark01 SE into a mess

I suppose not all memory chips are bad here, so is the graphics chip bad?

Just adding that both cards were tested running MATS manually, since the autostart raised an error, see the first post, first picure on the top. I run it as "mats -e 32" (aka test first 32MB)

Have you tried turning sideband addressing off in bios? Seeing both cards have issues perhaps it's not the cards themselves
