Hey all,
Got myself Shuttle HOT-419, put amd dx4-100 cpu, couple of memory sticks and it booted, have only one Goldstar Prime 2 isa card, and one cirrus logic video card and trident 9000i. Have a weird issue with the video like some artifacts in dos games, very slow fps and in character mode some characters missing, happens to both video card so I am making assumptions that Goldstar prime 2 is causing some weird Isa timings issues, tried different settings nothing helps, it's just to slow to even play doom with that fps and some weird artifacts. Any suggestions as am not very well versed in 486 era quirks

forgot to mention, I am using ide to cf adapter with goldstar ide card, so it might be related to the cf card and ISA bus timings issue, tried delay and 1ws settings on motherboard, also tried running cpu at 66mhz, nothing helps, also topbench reports my system score 58, which is around cyrix 25mhz cpu speed, definitely not an amd dx4-100 100mhz speed which is also not normal

ahh, thx, was searching for similar issues but I guess I was describing it differently so that's why I didn't find anything helpful, will try to block pin 28 (need to figure out how to do it temporary without messing up ide to cf adapter)

slight update from my side:
regular ide drive works fine so it's definitely ide to cf exclusive issue of this board
figured out slow speed issue was because of the turbo button switch not being toggled, almost forgot that thing even existed at that time

update, modified my cf to ide adapter removing pin 28 and it fixed the issue, no artifacts anymore, thanks for the tip
