Judging by dimensions of the chip (18 x 8mm) it's a SOP package. I have looked through the XGecu's software for SOP28 and SOIC28 27xx512 chips and I can't find something different, than OTP-ROMs 🙁
I like the quieter planets, this one became pretty noisy 😀
