My system consists of a

Slot PIII
Voodoo 3

ESS 1898F (ISA)

What driver do you recommend for Windows 98SE?

early 2000 v3 drivers. later ones break stuff

I assume DirectX should already have something for the ESS if it's old enough to be ISA.

Thank you for your recommendation. Yes, I have installed Direct X 8.1. Where can I get that driver for the ESS 1898F?
