So I have this old Compaq Deskpro 8086 and I'm trying to get the diagnostic disk but its been striped off the internet so I wonder if anybody had an image they could give me of the Compaq Diagnostics 1.12, 2.00, 2.10, 2.10 or 2.12. Not Compaq diagnostics 5.08, that does not work. Same with anything newer.

I want to add it was owned by two universities before I got it so I might think about reaching out to one of them, probably the original university since the one a actually got it from in my hometown didn't have any disks for it.

Hope someone has a more immediate solution, but I will have to remember you if I happen to get into the inaccessible storage where my 5.25s are in a few months
FOR few= 3 TO 40
Because I remember having some early compaq disks, might have been for portable, might have been for deskpro 286, it will be a surprise. Last seen over 2 decades ago which is why I am not super sure/precise.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

386 is way too new and that DOS version is too old that system was released June 28th, 1984. So, if anybody has a disk from later than that time and not from the 286-386 era. That's the kind of disk I need.

Ok good news, I got it to the point where needing that disk is not priority. That system that I found was a little broken so i'm doing some repairs. The original CRT that came with it (monochrome green) and then the keyboard are both not working correctly, thankfully I already fixed the floppy drive.
