Adding 640x400 to CRT monitor resolution table (Custom Resolution Utility) will make fullscreen textmode accurate too, only refreshrate can be different. OR adding "original" 720x400x70Hz to table, but it doesn't always work.

These modes had still existed on windows drivers then, I didn't have to add in any modes or any sort of INF hackery.
