Hello, today i got a SoundBlaster AWE32 CT3900 for free! Yeah, sounds amazing! Doesn't it?
There is one catch tho, after taking a deeper look at the card i noticed some capacitors and different elements missing, suggesting that someone could already be messing with the card before.
Missing components are:
C38, C83, U33 (attached photo)

Also there is a really weird capacitor soldered straight onto IC (attached photo)

I would really appreciate if someone of yall could send me values of missing capacitors and name of missing IC (U33)
Also if anyone knows what is the purpose of the soldered on capacitor please let me know 😀
