Hey thanks! Below in bold my resistance readings.

c301 - 11.88v - 1.22 MOhm - 4.8 MOhm (2.4 MOhm when inverting polarity)
c321-c322 - 1.315v - 4.5-5.5 Ohm - 10.8 Ohm
c134 - 1.33v - 490 Ohm - 825 Ohm (801 Ohm when inverting)
c305 - 2.656v - 86 Ohm - 96 Ohm
c304 - 2.653v - ∞ - strange, unstable, grows from 2k to 25k then drops down again

There are some significant differences, however I have noticed from the pics that our cards are indeed a little different. Yours is closer to the TRW reference, and uses a different IC for GPU voltage regulation (see attachment).
(I have also recapped C134, C305 and C304 but voltages after recapping were very close to before).
It's interesting that my resistances are often close multiples of yours, but I haven't dug into the schematics to find out why.

I'll think a little more what to do with this card. The difference in resistance could be another lead, but I feel like I am slowly accepting that this is a GPU (soldering) issue 😀

I have a completely different 9600XT (red Sapphire on DDR2), it doesn't start at all and also has 86Оhms of resistance on the 3.3V line, which also worried me and I followed this, apparently, false trail.
Moreover, it has chips on the corners of the crystal - which was my second option. For now, I've put it on the back burner.
