What's the reference GF4 Ti4200 GPU resistance?

I'd be grateful if someone could measure the GPU resistance on EXACTLY THE SAME working PCB Ti4200, because on my board it looks very suspicious. At worst, there are very similar red PCBs from MSI.

Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid my 2.9-3.0 Ohms (excluding the probes) are the problem. Apparently, my only hope is a leak in some ceramic... Otherwise, is the GPU chip definitely faulty?

I have three Ti4200 boards(also AGP 8X), on simplified PCBs, and all of them have a resistance of at least 17 Ohms.
