Motherboard: ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS (Intel C602 Chipset) – THE dual socket SSI EEB board.

CPUs: 2x Intel Xeon ES-2687W v2 @ 3.40GHz (Ivy Bridge-EP, 8 Cores / 16 Threads per CPU, total 16C/32T). - fastest XEON for that Socket

Cooling: 2x Noctua heatsinks (chromax.black style) with custom red anti-vibration corners to match the build theme.

Memory: Kingston HyperX DDR3 RAM (all slots populated with matching red heatspreaders).

Graphics: 2x AMD Radeon FIJI cards in CrossFire/Multi-GPU configuration

Case: SilverStone Temjin TJ07 / Fortress series (modified with custom internal mounting, bottom radiator placement, and a clean window side panel).

Power Supply: SilverStone modular PSU tucked away in the bottom basement.

That is a really cool look, you've managed to build there. Custom sleeving on the GPU power cables to get red/black?

What's connected to the radiators, though?

If it's dual it's kind of cool ... 😎

the Fiji GPUs came with a closed Liqiud cooling, those are the radiators. And yes custum sleeving - first attempt in that area ^^

Ah, the GPUs. Off course, that's the black braided coming out of the back side of them. Funny I missed that 🤣

WOW, this is a wild system. It looks terrific and would've cost a fortune back in its day....

Is you running Windows 10? What are you going to use the system for? Is the Crossfire frame pacing terrible as I've read it is? (I've never personally experienced dual GPU)

Wouldn't the red Noctua anti-vibration corners be more effective if they were in between the fans and the heatsinks?

yes, its running win 10. for nothing - its just there - no, the crossfire works fine. you dont see any spacing. no - there under the clams (klammern - i am german) - they work as intended.
