Clarification please: Are you asking for the OEM cap values, or for guidance on replacement cap values?

I wouldnt stress too much over values. Pick sizes that fit your footprint and values similar to other contemporary boards.
470-1000uF 6.3V 105°C for the 5V rails
2200-3300uF 16V 105°C for ones in front of SMPS
1000-2200uF 6.3V 105°C for ones on CPU Vcore rail around CPU socket
ANY cheap lowesr brand will do, you wont be running this board 24/7 for 10 years after all.

^ From what I've seen, in some boards they put 8mm 6.3V 1000uF In the spots A, B & C (instead of 100uF).

Low cost Electrolytic caps need 2x the voltage for the rail they're on. Eg 10v+ for 5v rail.
Polymer caps only need to be slightly above. EG. 6.3v for 5v rail.
You can go to a larger capacitance with low ESR Polymer caps. Or copy what's there on the later revisions.

Good lytic caps rated at 6.3V are perfectly fine for +5V circuits.
If "2x" was a "need", 25V caps would be mandatory on +12V circuits. That is not the case.

Low cost lytic caps should be avoided like the plague they are ...

Hello thank you so much, but I think it is not the 4.0.
The 4.0 has the cap south of AGP bigger than the others.
100*16v d6.3mm (for any small diameter and capacity)
680-1000*6.3v 8mm
1500-2200*6.3v 10mm
Any cheap general use polymer capacitor
For example, Kemet or Wurst
This rule is more than enough for any motherboard, including Socket 370. They don't have 12V power circuits.
Don't overcomplicate it.

Yep, on the 4.0 they put a fatter one in that spot:
Can't read its value in any web pic, but it is 10mm diameter and not tall, probably 16mm height.
My best guess is that it is a 10x16mm 6.3V 1200~1800uF.

Hello everyone,
I think I’ve worked out Mamba’s problem: his motherboard no longer has its original capacitors, otherwise it would read the values automatically, and he’d like to restore it to its original condition and appearance.
The MSI MS5169 AL9 has a different layout for each revision.
MSI MS5169 AL9 VER:1
MSI MS5169 AL9 VER:2
MSI MS5169 AL9 VER:2.1
MSI MS5169 AL9 VER:4.0
As you can see from the photos, version 4.0 has capacitors with different diameters and values compared to the other versions.
I hope that someone who owns a version 4 motherboard with the original capacitors – or who has replaced them but with capacitors of the same value – could please post a photo or give you the exact values.
I don’t own this motherboard, so I can’t help you.
