Hello,

Running Dosbox 0.72 with Windows 3.1 installed.
Other software like 'The Lasy Dynasty', 'Urban Runner', 'SWAT 1' work okay in that environment.

This one installs from CD. Plus WinG and Win32s. Then when you run the game after reboot, it shows a message box that 'Movie could not be played.' Afterwards, it boots in-game and you can move around the office.

Checking ProcessMonitor, the game does find the three SMK files from the CD drive and reads some data.
Playing from the HDD has the same problem.

I've also had this problem with 'Bad Mojo' in 3.1 about movies not playing (that uses Quicktime).

Any help please?

So i played the game too in Win.3.1x under DOSBox 0.72. I had Win32s already installed but not WinG.Wenn the installer informed about the WinG and Win32s installation i selected cancel and did't install any of them.Then i rebooted.
The game did run normally, played the movies normaly, without any problems. Could possibly WinG be the reason of any problems?
