Hey guys! Just wanted to share my current retro setup.

Build #3. 2007-2008. Silver Bullet
Every part of this PC was bought new in box. It was a pleasure to build this one. Tried to capture mid 2000s spirit with all the aluminium and those ridiculous 5.25 add-ons.

Specs:
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 Ghz
MB: Asus P5QL-E
RAM: 4 Gb DDR2 Kingston
GPU: EVGA 8800 GTS 512 Mb
HDD: 500 Gb WD Blue + 640 GB WD Black
DVD: Sony NEC Optiarc AD-7173A
Case: Cooler Master Cavalier 1
PSU: BeQuite Pure Power 11 500 W
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master geminII M5 LED
Other: AeroCool GateWatch 2 + Thermaltake Hardcano 3
OS: Win 7 64 bit / Win XP 32 bit

Build #2. 2004. TIE Fighter
I had a similar PC back in 2004. AMD Socket A, nForce. Beautiful purple ECS mother board. Budget specs, but gets the job done. Partly NOS.

CPU: AMD Sempron 2500+
MB: ECS Elitegroup N2U400-A rev. 1.0
RAM: 512 Mb DDR
GPU: Gigabyte ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128 Mb AGP
HDD: 40 Gb Seagate + 80 Gb Maxtor
CD: Samsung SC-152
Case: Unknown Multimedia PC ATX Case
PSU: Cooler Master RS-380-PMSP 350 W
CPU Cooler: Speeze Socket 370/A cooler
OS: Win XP 32 bit

Build #1. 1997-1998. Boombox

The specs sound great. Though I can't see any of the images. That host doesn't show them in the UK. Quite a big jump in performance between the 2nd and 3rd builds. I feel like a Pentium III in between would slot in nicely.

I think you succeeded. My Thermaltake Lanmoto came with a HardCano 10, and the first PSU I had in it was the Thermaltake Butterfly with its own fan controller. That one was so ridiculous I was almost relieved when the PSU had died and I replaced it with something simpler.

Actually, the AMD build should be a PIII build, but change of plans happened=)

Yeah, I was lucky to get a boxed version of the drive with black, beige and silver bezels included. It's not 24C =) I was lazy to connect the sensors, so it shows the temperature inside the case. I just turned it on, so it was 24c=) Also, it has very simple thermal sensors that connects to radiators, so it is not a very useful info. Just a ridiculous gimmick.

You have a nice system too, I remember these Thermaltake cases were extremely popular but pretty expensive.
