Hi! I recently downloaded ZSoft PC Paintbrush IV Plus from the internet and just tried to install it under DOSBox-X and ran into a problem: which graphics adaptor do I use? I have the default graphics adaptor setup in DOSBox-X, which seems to be "svga_s3."

Either use VGA (640x480 in 16 colors or 320x200 in 256 colors)

OR

Change the emulated (S)VGA to one listed here https://dosbox-x.com/wiki/Guide%3AVideo-card- … E2%80%90X#_svga in DOSBox-X that most closely matches one from the list starting on page 177 of the manual and has support for the resolution and color depth you would prefer to use. You may need to do some trial and error to find one that works well. I would start with Paradise Graphics.
