Very broken DFI Expert board

I have this broken LANparty NF4 Expert and need help figuring out what to replace these four blown PHD78NQ03LT MOSFETs and the three no name 2V 220uF capacitors surrounding the CPU socket with.

I checked the ISL6559CBZ PWM controller and compared it with my working board, it's giving me the same exact values so it should be fine. The gate resistors are also giving me their correct value. The four low-side PHD 108NQ03LT MOSFETs are all good as well. The ISL6612ACB driver ICs are all giving me 0.007v between ground and pin 1 (UGATE) so they might be fried, unsure.
