I've installed Falcon 4.0 on Windows 98 SE along with the 1.08 patch.
When I run the .exe it immediately gives me an invalid page fault error on an unknown module. Any suggestions?
For what it’s worth I fixed this by limiting my system memory. I have 512mb of RAM and by adding the following to Windows/System.ini I have been able to get the game to work.
[386Enh]
MaxPhysPage=30000
Incidentally, this has also fixed an invalid page fault error in another game called Disciples too.

I have not tried it on a PC with so much RAM. On the box it says 32Mb min, 64Mb recommended, 128Mb is mentioned as "Really Hot". I guess it does go to show though that maxing out a machine can cause compatability issues.
Great choice of game BTW. The binder that came with this game is legendary and has a very proud place on my shelf.
