Hard to see much of a difference when viewed like this, mabye compared to vanilla Thief without NewDark and texture mods the difference is more noticeable.

Visually, it looks good.

My main concern is with the handling of positional audio in the remaster. The original game had a fairly complex system for that. Regarding both how enemies react to the noise the player makes, and how the sounds the enemies make propagate through the environment. This was augmented even further on sound cards with A3D/EAX support. Would be great if someone could make a comparison video of that, once the remaster is out.
