Spotted this in an old review by Tom's Hardware. I've never heard of this. I wonder if it was something provided to reviewers or if it was ever shipped on a driver disc.

Try looking on Internet Archive, check the driver CD ISO contents to see if one of them has the Program on it, one of the 128 discs is bound to have it on there.

Its from Rage128 review driver at the end of 1998, someone has those drivers? Earliest driver i have is 4.11.6060 and its probably from february 1999.

My second advice to ATI is getting rid of this 'booster' before the cards will ship.
We can thank reviewers and ATi for that or someone should have those drivers?

You have got to go down the rabbit hole to find that. I was down it recently and discovered all sort of list for ati stuff.
