I got a new PC at the beginning of this year. Recently, i decided to install and test my modules, i started with my SC-8820, i have the last version of the driver for Windows Vista, and it worked well with compatibility mode in Windows 10, but in Windows 11, in order to use it, i have to disable something called "Hypervisor-Protected Code Integrity", it can be installed, but cannot be used.

The rest, worked successfully, i installed the latest version of the UM-ONE driver and the Yamaha USB-MIDI Driver, but the SC-8820 driver is the only one that conflicts with that feature. Should be enable or disable it? What would the consequences be? Did anyone else have this problem?

This is a common issue with older drivers. Ideally you would want it enabled. However, many older drivers only install and work with it disabled.
For a more technical overview, Microsoft has a good explanation here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/s … k_coreisolation
