I played the game in the 90s choosing Soundblaster settings. Nowadays it is preferable to pick Roland or Gravis in the sound settings option, but I wanted to remember how the music quality with Soundblaster sounded.
Unfortunately Dosbox and all of its forks have issue with this game. OPL music via Soundblaster is totally out of tune and sounds awful. This was not how I remembered it.

Tried the game on 86box and the Soundblaster music there was much better and as I remembered it.

86box uses NukeYKT OPL3 emulation by default (IIRC), some DOSBox forks use it too, so maybe that's the reason?

I mean, maybe try using a DOSBox fork instead of vanilla 0.74-3 and you'll get better OPL music?
