Tomb Raider finally gets a stable and native Voodoo 3 support!

This game had a "Voodoo Rush" patch who had many issues.
Now this new patch fixes everything !

This new exe allow to launch Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider Unfinished Business on Pure MS-DOS using your real 3DFX Voodoo 3 GPU !
Full GPU acceleration, expect 30 fps along with a decent CPU (from Pentium II 233Mhz).

1) Copy and replace TOMB.EXE and TOMBUB.EXE to game folder
2) Make sure to use XMS Memory under Pure DOS
3) Run TOMB.EXE the game will use your Voodoo3 for all 3D rendering.

Note: All issues of the original "Voodoo Rush" patch has been fixed on this one :

- Gamma fixed ! The game is now very bright
- Shadow fixed ! Lara now have a shadow under her body
- Pistols effects fixed ! No longuer any glitch
- Inventory crash fixed !

Yep, I just saw the another one add (Screamer) for the very same forum 😀 I will just wait for someone with access to share the files without any conditions.

I went to the trouble of signing up for that French forum and what did I get at the end? A French versions of TR and TRUB patched executables. What a waste 🙁

I did a quick working no-CD patch for the Voodoo3 patched TOMB.EXE (now I think it may be a French version of TOMB.EXE for Voodoo Rush in its original form) only to find out, that it is a French version executable 😁 Someone's offering game files in French to users of an English-speaking forum under conditions, just to gain more users on his own French forum... what kind of joke is this?!

Calm down, obviously the english version is made too.
It was just not ready yet yesterday.
I've added the english version today.

What is the correct version of TR to use with this patch? Is it TR Gold?

The english version is based on the TR1 Gold Version yes.

Relax, I'm calm. There was nothing obvious to anyone here, until I downloaded the patched files forum your forum.

I just didn't got the way you've presented your game patches here. It looks more like an advertisement for your forum, rather than a real search for more testers. I hope, that your true intention is not just to gather some new members of your forum. And the majority of the the users on Vogons are English-speakers, so how do you expect from them to use a French versions of any software?
