Does anyone have a copy of version 6.9.3.113 of WinDbg? The original filenames were "dbg_x86_6.9.3.113.msi" and "dbg_amd64_6.9.3.113.msi". It was previously available on the Microsoft website in 2008, but the Wayback Machine link for this particular version is missing.

I am trying to find the latest version of "dbgsrv.exe" that runs on Windows 98. Version 6.8.4.0 works, but 6.10.3.233 doesn't. I want to test version 6.9.

Can you elaborate a bit, doesn't work how?

I looked around and couldn't find this version.
(but then again, I'm not up to speed when it comes to Windows stuff...)

It's been published in May 2008, and there are references to it so someone, somewhere should have it...
The filename can also be just "dbg_x86.msi".

Maybe the dbgeng.dll can be separately found somewhere, if that's enough? I don't know the exact version of the dll though.

The exe is compiled for a minimum Windows subsystem of 5.0 (Windows 2000). It also has some Windows 2000 specific imports (KERNEL32!DelayLoadFailureHook).

Yes, it is possible. You would need 3 files:
- dbgsrv.exe
- dbgeng.dll
- dbghelp.dll

The version is likely the same for all 3 files: 6.9.3.113 (also written as 6.9.0003.113). I have found a copy of the 32-bit and 64-bit dbghelp.dll files, but not the others.
