I've just made images of my Rebel Assault II cds, there are 2 cds, so i have 2 image files. Should I mount my virtual d with both files? Thnaks.

If you wanna play half of the game only you can stick to mounting one cd only.

Assuming you use imgmount, you can/should mount both images at once
and switch with ctrl-f4 when necessary.

For many old CD games, you can simply copy the contents of both CD's into one directory and mount that in DOSBox. I did that with RAII, though i don't know if there will be problems later in the game.
