This is a clean patch to CVS 2008-11-26 snapshot to support parallel port passthrough for DOSBox on Win32. It makes use of PortTalk kernel driver from http://www.beyondlogic.org. No need to use ALLOWIO.EXE, the patch will make DOSBox using the native calls from PortTalk to access parallel port I/O and install the PortTalk driver if it is NOT installed.

Tested on both WinXP an WinVista. If PortTalk driver is not installed when DOSBos is 1st invoked, administrative right is required to complete the driver installation.
